However, when developing the stages of this, the researchers came across a lack of information regarding the state of wine tourism and from what points of view it has been studied and what the results have been. Hence, a search for bibliographic information begins in all the printed and electronic media that were available to date, to concentrate it and facilitate the study, analysis or consultation of the subject that is currently being addressed: Wine tourism. The document is divided into several sections. The first allows us to know the countries and regions that currently implement wine tourism activity, as a complementary action to viticulture and in a second section, it deals with the importance and economic weight of it on an international, Latin American and national scale. Up to the first stage of the investigation, the information findings, antecedents, type cases, that allow to obtain a first look at the object of study: Wine tourism.; El presente trabajo es resultado de un proyecto de investigación más amplio. Sin embargo, al ir desarrollando las etapas de este, los investigadores se toparon con una falta de información referente al estado que guarda el enoturismo y desde que puntos de vista se ha estudiado y cuales han sido los resultados obtenidos. This can be acchieved through the incentive to entrepreneurship of artisanal e-SMEs, at the same time, which reactivates the economy of the artisans themselves. In the same sense, the research answers the following questions which is the country with the highest demand for artisan productr to export by region (TTP11, TLCUEM 2.0, T-MEC and AP). We will know the social security obligations established in our Mexican Constitution of the United States of Mexico, in the Federal Labor Law, in the Social Security Law and the Law of the Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers. Finally, we will analyze the problems and objectives for the correct analysis of labor subcontracting companies in Hermosillo, Sonora. ; En el presente artículo  se destacan los puntos relevantes acerca de las obligaciones en materia constitucional, legal y social que deben sujetarse las empresas contratantes y contratistas. Se verán las obligaciones de previsión social establecidas en la Constitución de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en la Ley Federal del Trabajo, en la Ley del Seguro Social y la Ley del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores. Finalmente, se analizarán las problemáticas y objetivos para el correcto análisis de las empresas de subcontratación laboral en Hermosillo, Sonora. El presente trabajo es un avance de una investigación en curso.  http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12984/5781 Title: Circular economy and it’s situation in Mexico; Economía circular y su situación en México Description: Derived from environmental damage as a consequence of the excessive use of raw materials and high consumer demand, it is necessary to seek alternatives that help implement a circular economy model, which implies the use of resources and therefore, the reduction of waste and thus evolve from the linear model. However, it is vital to understand the meaning of this concept and thus find strategies to implement it. In this context, the objective of this study was to conduct a literature review on the concept of circular economy and its situation in Mexico. As a result, Mexico is starting out on issues of sustainability and circular economy, which is why it is necessary to develop an action plan where organizations, government and society are committed to transformation.; Derivado del daño ambiental como consecuencia del uso excesivo de materias primas y alta demanda de los consumidores, es necesario buscar alternativas que ayuden a implementar un modelo de economía circular, la cual implica el aprovechamiento de los recursos y por ende, la reducción de desperdicios y así evolucionar del modelo lineal. Sin embargo, es vital comprender el significado de este concepto y así buscar estrategias que permitan aplicarlo. En este contexto, el objetivo de este estudio fue realizar una revisión de literatura sobre el concepto de economía circular y su situación en México. Como resultado, México se encuentra iniciando en temas de sustentabilidad y economía circular, es por esto que, es necesario elaborar un plan de acción donde organizaciones, gobierno y sociedad estén comprometidos en la transformación.
