dc.description	The process of Transparency, Accountability and Open Government has increased in Mexico, for several years has had more attention and resources globally. It is important to know and know what is happening in our governments. The issue of Transparency, Accountability has been  concentrated in the federal government, neglecting accountability in the State and Municipal governments, is worrisome and worrisome since the municipalities are those that present greater carelessness in the transparency issue. This paper reviews the legal framework of Transparency, Accountability, and Open Governmen in the municipalities of sound, in order to check the progress of a system that gives citizens a mechanism to require accounts to the governments of each municipality, and the rendering of accounts for the democratic conciliation of our country is of great importance	en-US
dc.description	El proceso de Transparencia, Rendición de Cuentas y Gobierno Abierto se ha incrementado en México, desde hace varios años ha tenido más atención y recursos a nivel global. Es importante saber y conocer que es lo que está pasando en nuestros gobiernos. El tema de Transparencia, Rendición de Cuentas se ha concentrado en el ámbito del gobierno federal, descuidando la rendición de cuenta en los gobiernos Estatales y Municipales, es preocupante y preocupante ya que los municipios son los que presentan mayor descuido en el tema de transparencia. Este trabajo revisa el marco jurídico de Transparencia, Rendición de Cuenta, y Gobierno Abierto en los municipios de sonora, con el fin de cotejar los avances de un sistema que les dé a los ciudadanos un mecanismo para requerir cuentas a los gobernantes de cada municipio, y es de gran importancia la rendición de cuentas para la conciliación democrática de nuestro país.	es-ES
