El reto más importante al que se enfrenta el emprendedor una vez que ha conseguido poner en marcha su proyecto es el identificar nuevas oportunidades e innovar. Por ello, conviene tener previsto un mecanismo que ayude a identificar dichas oportunidades, evaluarlas y seleccionar las que sean económicamente viables y tengan sentido estratégico para el negocio. El marketing es una potente herramienta para el emprendedor ya que le aporta metodología y planificación para la comercialización. Si el emprendedor como sus colaboradores conoce bien cómo piensa y que necesita su cliente, el negocio tendrá muchas probabilidades de éxito. |
